1. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are only applicable within 3 days of product delivery.

• To be eligible for a refund, customers must provide a complete unboxing video showing the product from package opening to the issue clearly. Without this, we will not be able to process your request.

2. Refund Process

• Once your request is verified and approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method.

• Refund processing usually takes 10–15 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

• Products without an unboxing video.

• Products damaged due to customer mishandling.

• Products purchased under BOGO offers, Festival Sales, Clearance Sales, or any Special Promotions are non-refundable.
